We understand that as a third-party administrator, we are ultimately ACCOUNTABLE for our clients’ money. As part of our third-party administration service, we provide monthly financial accounting and bordereaux to our clients. We have invested in an advanced claims-management system which, in addition to our claims management and financial accounting services, allows our clients real-time access to view claim status and history, and obtain up-to-the-minute reserved and incurred information. Further, we maintain loss funds in fully separate accounts, limiting the potential for error.
